Terms of use

Teachers and parents must be 18 or over to create an account. Children use a login code created by their school or their parent, and must not share it with anyone outside their school or family.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for the accuracy of the details you give us.

Schools start with a 30-day free trial of all features, with no card needed. After the trial, MathsMission is charged per active class per month. Payment can be made by card or by invoice.

Invoices are issued to the billing contact provided by the school and are payable within 30 days unless agreed otherwise. If a subscription lapses, teachers keep read access to their existing data while pupils are unable to start new missions.

Family accounts include a 7-day free trial and then a monthly subscription covering up to three children. Card details are needed to start the trial, and no charge is taken until the trial ends.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.

Do not attempt to access other people's accounts or data, disrupt the service, copy or resell it, or use it to store information about children beyond what MathsMission needs.

We may suspend an account that puts children's data or the service at risk.

We aim to keep MathsMission available and working well, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes to price or terms.

MathsMission, its content and its branding belong to us. Your school or family data belongs to you, and you can ask for a copy or deletion at any time.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
